Whatever demands on availability and performance you might have, we have the know-how and experience to get the most out of your Typhoon and Theca® solutions. Apptus can handle the support for the solution you have bought or you can train your own support staff.

The following support levels are available:

Bronze Level
Primarily intended for customers who develop their own applications based on Apptus products or have trained in-house resources for application support and maintenance.

Silver Level
Recommended when you have an existing first-line IT support, but no available application support and maintenance resources.

Gold Level
Recommended if you need access to support during extended business hours.

Platinum Level
A proactive service including monitoring and an uptime guarantee, suitable for business critical applications where 24/7 operations support is crucial.
